A film made in Rhyl North Wales 70’s or 80’s about 2 girls who I think had escaped from a home, it was filmed in a caravan park in Towyn and on the promenade in Rhyl. I think it was made for TV rather than cinema. Please can anyone tell me what it was called and what year it was made. I also think Joanne Whalley was one of the 2 young girls.
