They play music over the dialogue so I don’t know what the people are saying. Some of them look like they are speaking French and French signs are in the background but other times it all seems in English. What the heck?

I thought it was filmed in like Montreal or something, maybe the city its filmed in is bilingual so they have both english and french signs. I would also like to know the answer to this…
