So i looked up a couple, film connections interest me, but seems too good to be true (in some cases peopple say so too). I have around $7,000 saved up from almost one years work, aside from paying my bills. If any film makers, do u have any suggestions? I’m looking more towards editing and/or sounds and visuals. Thanks.

You have enough for 2/3 the first semeester.
NYU and USC both cost $40k per year.
Even U Chicago is not going to be much cheaper as is Emerson or UCLA

I never followed through with my dreams in cinema arts but these two schools I checked out over ten years ago, I was impressed with both the facilities and the creative energy…I’m sure they are even better now…Good Luck!
