Hi,
My name is Josh and I’ve got one tattoo already (on the inside of my upper arm, which caused me no problems). I went to get my second tattoo last Friday and it’s on the opposite arm, but on the outside (and a lot bigger than the last one).
My tattooist noticed that my body was causing a lot more plasma than usual, and more blood, bearing in mind that I had drunk alcohol in three days and my diet had been relatively good. In terms of sleep, I had some good nights through the week but the night before I was only able to get six hours.
Anyway, my tattooist stopped during the shading because he didn’t want to ruin the design, and there was too much rejection. I’m now waiting two weeks until I continue, but I’m absolutely shitting myself.
For some reason, I feel like there’s something wrong with me and I honestly don’t know what to do. I’m a relatively healthy person, so now I’m so worried that I have some kind of underlying health problem.
Could the rejection just be down to my lack of sleep the night before? I woke up on the day and had a great big breakfast too, so it wasn’t like I had a lack of sugar.
The ink was /not/ red, it was black.
Thanks,
Josh
