    Just wondering if you could tell me what a tattoo blow out means? Also are there certain areas where tattoo’s tend to blow out?

    It depends on the tattoo. Your getting dangerously close to the unlicensed tattoo discussion ban. I can’t really answer the question without discussing techniques. In most cases the tattoo can be fixed. Sometimes it requires adding to it, sometimes reworking what is already there. Lets leave it at that. If Outlaw wants to answer in more detail, I’ll let him cover it. He’s a moderator and more clearly knows the boundaries in that type of discussion.

    normally from what i have seen clever shading can fix a tattoo that has blow out 😉
