    Bad quality photo though, It looks like a bad picture of a good gore Frankenstein tattoo to me.

    I guess maybe you coud get it reworked and recoloured, stuff like that?

    its about palm sized and located on my bicep. ideally id want it covered with a rose or something but is that bieng too optimistic?

    Seriously though a laser would be needed on that piece as a single rose is not gonna cover that piece easily.

    That said it is not such a bad tattoo and a bit more shading and small amt of rework around the hair will make it a fine tattoo.

    get it re worked, some creepy green, some shading and some white high lights 😎

    on the other hand i have seen really dark and black tattoo’s covered up but you will need a specialist !!
