    Is there many alternatives to tribal? i was kinda thinking of getting a big ish tattoo that comes from my back and down my arm but dont just want the normal tribal kind of thing. I like kinda gothic swirly looking stuff but cant really seem to find much out there. Can any post some possible pics that might inspire me ? thanks

    do you like mauri/polynesian type stuff. If that aint for you then either design it yourself or go to a good tattooist and get something drawn up by them.

    Get to thehistory section at the library and look at some ancient body art from all over the world, some great historical stuff to look up, you won’t get a design from there but it will inspire thought and originality.
