Also, if you notice the top leaf was centered as much as possible. The artist placed the leaf there because of my bros existing tattoo above it. My bro was set on having it there do the artist had to make it work.

Most normal people wont even notice such things, like me lol it looks fine but your asking a very fussy crowd 🙂

Between these two which one would you recommend to best prevent my color tattoo from fading?

Anything above 30SPF is only very slightly better, so either will do 🙂

His names Jason Bradshaw. He use to work at Golden Eagle tattoo up in Santa Barbra but moved to Flordia and now works at HellCat tattoo (I believe) Every 3-4 months he comes back for 1-2 weeks to do some work since he has such a big clientele in California.

I recently got my first tattoo last Friday and its healing. It’s flaking and the occasional scabs. I just wanted to make sure it looks A Okay

It looks ok for your first….. Just make sure you do not pick those scabs, you may need to get a little touch up but that’s no biggie.
