Yup-already been said- TALK. Oh & music.
Thankfully my artist was intelligent and had interesting things to talk about! I’m sure it would’ve been a lot worse if not. I brought my laptop, cell…the usual suspects eh? But didn’t really use ’em too much or want to move too much.

I’m going to take a full 2wks off …though can’t say I won’t get on a spin bike or go for a walk though after the first week. But only as I’m sure I can keep my upper body fixed or stationary. 😎
