									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Probably the best way to get rid of the stuff is to overflow the pond. If that doesn&#8217;t work get some form of aerator and break it up with water flow(like a fountain) and it will eventually go away.<br />
The film was probably caused by the water treatment(dechlorinator) used to remove the chloramines. Some crystalline rocks will dissolve in an aquarium. If you do try to use garden rock first soak it in a bleach solution,if it fizzes or bubbles it won&#8217;t work in the tank.
