<p>If the scabs are so thick that your color is coming off, then you aren&#8217;t taking care of your tattoo.  If you can&#8217;t take the time to care for it, then save your money. 									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Tattoos don&#8217;t normally bleed much, unless there is a lot of shadowing and they go over the same area over and over.</p>
<p>Your artist should have instructed you, but the best thing I&#8217;ve found is A&amp;D ointment &#8211; just enough to keep it moist, don&#8217;t have it slathered on there, because you will lose a lot of ink.</p>
