Alright that’s what I thought. As far as I’m aware though there are several underground tattoo artists in Iran, my advice would be to seek out some of them, they would probably know the safest and best way to go about it.

If this is a job that you want to pursue and you want to open the only shop in your country (which is going to make a shit ton of money) I recommend moving to another country to learn tattooing from a tattoo master then move back and open your shop.
