to be honest its not as bad as you are saying it is, Yea the shading needs to be re-done but i wouldnt say its garbage. from the picture you gave i don’t think anyone who sees it will say thats a shit tattoo. If you dont want to go back that artist have it touched up by another.

Personally when i see tattoos with a sort of motivational piece of text the back of the neck always comes to mind. Also just my opinion though dont really like text when it’s by itself. I like the look of roses, and as for text some sort of calligraphy maybe.

I might not know a whole lot about the human body, but i have had 5 tattoos and have never seen that happen to colour not even on all my friends who all have more then me.
