I have known a few tattooist, and it’s mostly the newer ones who are anti-vas. Most of the expensive tattoo balms work just the…[Read more]

Hello everyone, just registered here. Anyway my question is this, yesterday my sister got me a gift card for a local tattoo shop, they have done a kick ass job with my sister on several tattoos. This, however, will be my first. The problem is I can’t think of any real great or unique ideas! I’d really like…[Read more]

Well, since my partner is a tattooist, and done all but my first one, he hasn’t got a problem with it. Like everyone is saying, if a scab gets pulled off, all that may happen is a bit of ink coming out, but most tattooist will give you a free re-colour within reason (if the tattoo loses a bit of colour due to normal wear and tear). If you’re worried, but a thin layer of vasaline on it, and cover it in cling-film.
