									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The tatto is going to be on my left shoulder coming down to my chest so they aren&#8217;t exactly the main target zones but my shoudlers come in handy when blocking&#8230;.what if I just missed out on sparring for a week would I still be able to do just physical exercise&#8230;pushups&#8230;sit ups&#8230;punching the bag etc. etc. ?</p>
