When I went to 6mm I couldn’t get the ball back in so I just went to my piercer and asked if I could borrow the pliers they use. They happily let me use them free of charge to get the ball in.

Hahaha Knighthawk! Yeah strecthing it is pretty traumatic sometimes especially jumping from 4mm to 6mm, but WELL worth it!

When I went from 3.2mm to 4mm I had exactly the same problem you are experiencing. So I went back to 3.2mm and let the old boy heal up, a month later I went back 4mm and I was fine. Not problems at all.
