I do a lot of work digitally to these images after I scan them in, turning them into t-shirt designs, and basic ideas for tattoos, then the artist usually adds on to the picture.

If you want to keep with the Japanese theme, have a look online at traditional Japanese paintings. The style and colours they use could easily match your more modern piece. Or, have a look at some Geisha to go on your forearm.
