I have found the colors have healed better then my black tribal. The only spots I find scab and take a long time to heal are the spots that move and where the skin would stretch the most. I guess I am a good healer lol.</p>

From me opening and closing my arm all day made it scab badly but didn&#8217;t lose any color. The colors healed without a scab. I was very surprised.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well I went and had a little session last weekend. Had the birds colored in and the under belly of the frog done. The frog is being done in 2 sessions. The first with a light base and next with a bit more white. You can still see my old baseball tattoo but it will be gone soon. The first cover up wasn&#8217;t dark enough. 									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I find the best thing for the pain is a couple Advil an hour brfore hand. Sure it doesn&#8217;t take all the pain away but it helps with the swelling.</p>
<p>I also always have a chocolate bar and a bottle of Powerade with me. Keeps my sugars up. I have found from doing 5-7 hour sessions my sugars go way down so I combate it with those 2.</p>

<p>I was hoping that the dark green would cover it but deep down I knew I would have to have another session on it, but oh well it&#8217;ll look good once it&#8217;s gone.</p>

<p>Yeah the healing is the worst. Especially this time of year. Having to wear a sweater when I got out, very uncomfortable.</p>
