<p>Vaseline does block the pores, and Ive never use it. &#8216;Vaseline intensive care&#8217; is a lovely thick moisturiser that is chemical and fragrance free and is excellent on dry skin and healing tattoos. I used it on 3 of mine once they&#8217;d scabbed over and its brilliant as long as its only a couple of times a day. <p>I agree, first photo looks great. The others look like its still healing and is way to dry. What have you been using to help it heal?</p>
<p>Id suggest vaseline intensive care 3 times a day on it to help the scab come off and heal the edges to stop it shrivelling up.</p>

Ive had my nose pierced 16 years (and another 2 that I took out) and although my very first piercing caused some trouble and went septic Ive never had a problem since. You should have the original stud (without a back on) in your nose for 6-8 weeks to allow full healing. Then chance it. I know someone who had her lip tattood and seriously regrets it and she looks ridiculous. <p>Ive got 9 tattoos and the one in my wrist had exactly the same thing happen to it. It got soggy in the shower and cracked and the colour was faded. I use moisuriser and tattoo goo and its healed lovely but the colour is pale. Be careful not to let it dry out or you may have to have it re coloured. 🙂</p>

Shower as normal trying not to get the area directly too wet and soapy then add tattoo goo or intensive care moisturiser. <p>Pain is down to the individual. Ive found certain areas more painful than others and some not painful at all. I find nice calm deep breaths and chatting to the artist a little helps. I would never have a numbing cream or jab. Relax, keep cool and have some water near by 🙂</p>
