									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>it&#8217;s ok, a tat will get a little rough and scabby sometimes, it doesn&#8217;t hurt the tat at all unless you pick at the scabs, so DONT!!  just keep putting on lotion and don&#8217;t pick the scabs.
