This is probably nothing like it but when I use those epilators to remove hair on my legs as soon as I get round to the calf it hurts like a b*tch so I would say that the calf is more sensitive.

Every keloid i have is from acne which left big holes initially and then grew into keloids. I’ve had an extremely big cut on my skin before and it’s just a normal scar.
