Ok sorry. Im getting a third ring in the top of my left ear and an industrial in my right ear. was just wondering whether or not i should do the lip too

I have a picture which i really like. of a japanese girl but the picture is only of the top half of her. and i think it’d look retarded jus floating at random. I also want the smoke behind her. . . Ive put both pics in my album. . . New to this so if ive forgotten to mention something pls ask.
