I had my first tattoo done a month ago and after some heavy scarring and a long healing process all of the scabs have came off. However, light patches have remained where the heaviest scabs were and im wondering whether I need a touch up?

Some of the light skin is raised which makes me think it might be dead skin. What should I do?

Thanks for the help
