									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you find a skilled artist I doubt he&#8217;d have a problem covering that up, thick lines and all.  You&#8217;re lucky that the piece is small, and that you want to keep it celtic.  I&#8217;ve heard that covering a celtic piece with another celtic piece isn&#8217;t that hard.</p>
<p>Have you thought of getting it removed with a laser? 									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Your best bet is to go to an artist that you want to and ask them what can be done with it.  I&#8217;d imagine it wouldn&#8217;t be too hard to cover that up.  but I&#8217;d toss that last design idea out, its way too intricate, it&#8217;ll look like a blob of ink after a couple years.</p>
