The idea is great to put to contrasting ideas into one picture: fire and water, calmness and anger. But when I look to the picture I do see this idea. Try somehow to show it more. Maybe make a fight between them? Bit overall I like it

I will suggest changing the background color. Somehow it does not much to Chinese culture. Maybe something between red and black?

I also had a lot of problem with green color. When skin is very flexible this color gets stretch the most. I suggest using as less green as possible.

I would suggest you choosing something with lines, stripes or leaves. Lines and strips will keep attention out of the scarps on your stomach. Because they will be similar to them. Also it will good idea to choose colour tattoo. Good luck 
