									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>don&#8217;t start shaving your arms cuz it will be all stubbly and come back thicker. Waxing is definitely the way to go. You can just by some strips and do it yourself. It&#8217;s not painful and it makes the hair grow back way thinner.<br />
If you aren&#8217;t into either get one of those manscaping devices that just thins out your hair.</p>
