									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I would just find a good tattoo artist in your area, bring him the pictures, look at some sleeve pictures online or in a magazine for inspiration and tell him to run with it!  That&#8217;s what I did and I&#8217;m sure the artist would have a lot more fun working on you if he helps design it.</p>
