									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This tattoo was done about 24 hrs ago and it started looking a bit blurry all around this morning, on day 2. Do you guys think this is blowout or just healing?</p>
<p>It&#8217;s my first tattoo and I&#8217;d be so bummed if it&#8217;s a blowout. 🙁</p>
