It is available in cocoa butters, and many other skin care sources. There&#8217;s a very long list of other active and inactive ingredients that are not good to put on your tattoo.</p>

<p>H2Ocean is a very basic ointment typically used as a Base cream for Triamcinolone prescription creams and steroids. It is sterile, but it is too thick to be used while your skin is still peeling. It is over rated.</p>
