									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Can I do it beforehand.  I&#8217;m going to a shop that charges $200 an hour and was just thinking of doing it prior so he dont waste time on actual shaving.  and waxing is not recommended or is it just the pain part?? =P</p>
