									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Actually there&#8217;s a priest here in Norway who just wrote a book who looks totally metal. Tattoos all over, full sleeve. Not too uncommon here amongst the younger ones. You&#8217;d probably have to be a priest of a liberal convention though to be accepted for it. 😛</p>

<p>The artist is Phil Collins of Spilled Ink in Dublin. I think all the guys in that studio are good, and they have private rooms (which at least for me, since I was kind of nervous, was a blessing). Recommended for anyone who might or might not pass through the city for some reason 😉</p>
