is there anyone who could possibly advice me a tattoo artist/salon outside London but not way too far?

I am after a great value – not overpriced Camden-like tourist zones but also not a dodgy or dirty place with cheap ink and questionable artwork quality. This is a present so I want to make sure it’s gonna be looking great.
