Its just that the skin isnt completely healed and back to normal.  Usually from the shiny point its a week or two and then it should be back to normal. The actual drinking alcohol part wont do much unless you go on a serious rager.</p>

So that you have an actual board and not just circuits, then just render the board some more, maybe make it look more 3d and then come up with an interesting way to add a few more circuits connections into your skin.</p>

As for style, thats up to whoever is drawing it.  Ive seen them done in a variety of styles, from full photorealism to old school bold tattoo designs.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>looks like a normal heal to me.  The very top layer of skin gets damaged by the tattooing process and will die and fall off.  This is completely normal.  The white ring is just the edge of where the top layer is pealing off.  Another week to a month and it should all be back to normal.</p>
