<p>I recently got a new tattoo. Been about 5 years since my last on and this is the first one I&#8217;ve had color done. I noticed the next day there&#8217;s a spot in the color that is slightly raised with what looks like dried blood. My normal after care is to gently wash my tattoo with soap and water and use some lotion after.
