									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I shave the area for all my tattoos.  My first tattoo my artist shaved the area it was going and when i asked why he said if we tried to tattoo over the hair it would dull the needles faster and could possibly cause infection.</p>
<p>So yes it is the right thing.  Help your artist out and preshave.  If you miss a spot he/she will fix it for you.</p>
