									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I was tattooed on Sunday 5/12 and afterward my artist placed Saniderm on my tattoo. As instructed after 24 hours I removed the Saniderm washed with anti-bacterial soap, patted and let air dry. Then I placed my second piece on. Problem is my black outline wept really bad covering my yellow and blue in the first 24 hours.
