The ink is deep enough that a topical cream is not going to reach it. Not to mention they are probably extremely hazardous to absorb into your system. Save your money for the laser removal, or get a cover up.

If you just don’t like the tat I would look into getting a cover up. The only effective way to have it removed is by laser.
