									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>My artist is Carl Fuchs. Used to work at a shop called Trinity Tattoo, now co-owns Red 5 in Virginia Beach. His wait list is 8 months. I&#8217;ve had friends go to him and receive incredible work.<br />
PRAYING that he somehow pulls this off….<br />
I will post an update next month after my final session.</p>
