									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>its pretty normal, its because a tattoo is like being cut open as the needle goes so hard that its your bodys normal reaction to a bit of trauma, so to speak.<br />
but if the redness stays for a week or so id go and see a doctor..</p>
