									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Um everyone tolerates pain differently, but I would say it hurts everyone here.  It&#8217;s managable, but it vibrates your whole arm when on the point of the elbow.  Worth the pain though for sure, nothing to be worried about.</p>

Anybody from California should check him out, he doesnt advertise to much but he is an old school tattoo artist.  We own a car dealership and he&#8217;ll be doing some airbrushing on cars.  If ever in Northern California check him out</p>
