									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>oh and the rash is only on shaded areas. spots with only black, non diluted ink, are ok. it&#8217;s only where the ink was diluted, so i guess the problem comes from the distilled water. has this happened to anyone else? is it a sign that the distiled water was contaminated or doesn&#8217;t it necessarily have to be so?</p>
