not sure what you mean by dust? but if it just looks a bit hazey then keep it lubricated and itll heal great

no dont use e45 bud it only fades the ink and as a result you wont be happy with your tattoo. stick with your vaseline, bepanthem, and vitamin creams no other kind of nappy/ rash cream they contain a small amount of a certain chemical that bleaches it

there is a lot of things that can be done with that tattoo hun as stated before its not that bad and it was red looks like its faded rather a lot already. easily covered

looks good bud. only thing is the shading looks a little liney, machine may noth have been turned down to accomodate the shading process other than that i like it

you should go by reputation. and look at his/her portfolio if the work is good and you see fresh and healed pics its a clean friendly enviroment then go for it
