									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Sorry, not really much of a camera guy (I do not even own one, it belongs to my roommate). I just need to know if blurring and light blotches are normal for a healing tattoo or if I should be worried. I would rather not have to get it touched up, but I think that I am going to have to.</p>
