I got inked for the first time yesterday but am now worried about how it is looking right now and whether if it is infected or not.

I am posting a picture of how it looked just after it was done and how it is looking right now. Will greatly appreciate if you guys can tell me if this is normal or not and what needs to be done to have the best result. Vielen Dank.

1. This is just after the tattoo was done.

2. How it is looking right now. You can see how badly deformed it looks right now with the letters being covered with ink/blood and with some part dry while the other being liquidy.

Entspannen Sie Sich, it’s all part of the healing process. It’ll be weeks until it starts to resemble what it will end up being, and months before it fully heals 🙂

Is it red? Is it radiating heat from it? Is it swollen? Is it extremely sore? Probably not infected.

Beeindruckend, that is a really long time. I have been taking full care so far like going for a shower with a plastic sheet wrapped around the tattoo, using gel thrice a day on it, not going for swimming. Just wanted to know for how long will i have to do that?

This is how it is looking right now. A little red i guess but mostly a lot of scabbing resulting in deformation. Hoping the final thing will be exactly like how it was just after my tattoo was done.IMG_20160602_133108433_zpsba59p2bu.jpg
