Different people react differently to tattoos in different places.
I can imagine the foot being pretty bad, since there’s relatively little skin and fat covering the muscles and bone.

Strange and unusual is kind of immaterial in the world of tattoos. Most of the best tattoos are, in fact, strange and unusual 😀

As a very square person with OCD tendencies and love of symmetric things, actually I hate symmetrical and basic form tattoos, for the simple reason that the skin is a fluid object. A perfect square or triangle or circle or any such thing will never look good.
