i don’t see how any purse strings are pulled in this case — n one in making anything out of it – the top dog of each branch can makes whatever changes they want in regards to their personnel’s code —we’re not talking about things the millions spent on making stupid uniform changes where people are making the $$$

Congress and senate appropriate the money for the military – pay and toys. They have a LOT of control through those purse strings. That is why any military installation turns itself inside -out when one of them wants to visit.

yes— but the top general of the branch again, has control of what their troops do – personnel code wise
