gday folks
got outline done last thursday…
since then ive been doing a gentle wash, and moisturise process twice a day, using bepanthen ointment.
last night and this morning, whilst doing the same thing, i noticed specks of ink coming off…
is this normal or am i scabbing and loosing ink doing this?

There’s no picture…so I don’t really know what’s going on.
But scabbing is normal. Don’t worry about it. Just keep taking care of it and once it’s all healed, the lines and everything will be perfect again. But if you do need a touch up, I’m sure the artist would do it for free.

I assume that these “specks” you’re talking about are as minimal as they should be.
So yes, specks of ink do come off with washing/lotioning a healing tattoo. Just be sure you aren’t scrubbing the area…gentle touches.

yep fairly minimal.. im being very gentle with the wash.. and gentle as possible when using the ointment..
