I am hoping someone can help me out.  I got my first tattoo about 6 months ago, Its the tree of Gondor on the forearm.  When I got it the artist put it facing me.  I don’t mind because its nice to see it and truthfully I like it the way it is.  But I have come to realize its much harder to figure out how to get another tattoo close without it clashing.  Does anyone have ideas of how to get something that won’t clash aesthetically because of its orientation as “upside down”

Thank you for your help.

Jack

I agree. I think you’re thinking about it 10x more than anyone else ever will

you could always go with another tattoo the other way up. perhaps a dead tree or some other symbolic tree like tat that represents a mirror image of the original but with a different take on it. light vs dark..
