Default excessive dry skin

Hi , to start off sorry for my bad english I originaly speak french . Ive had my tattoo for 3 days now it is my first and its a half sleeve one ive been using a cream that the artist gave me and using it 3 times a day . Now ive read a couple threads saying that its normal that the tattoo peels a bit but I woke up this morning and the whole
tattoo was really dry so I started to wash the tattoo with dove soap and will I was washing it gentally little bits of skin was coming off but with the ink! after drying it it looked less black more dole . So Im aware that the tattoo cant disapear but cant if fade and just be very pale if I dont do something ? Thank you for your time
